The ceiling will be 69M and the floor will be 49M. The cap will change every year by any amount and I will decide what it is. There will be penalties for being under the floor and over the ceiling.
For Over Cap Teams
Warning 1 - Friendly warning to get within the cap limits.
Warning 2 - Best player will be benched.
Warning 3 - Starting and best player goalie will be benched.
Warning 4+ - Top player from each position is benched.
For Under Cap Teams
Warning 1 - Friendly warning to get within the cap limits.
Warning 2 - Lines will be auto'd.
Warning 3 - Top pick and lines will be auto'd.
Warning 4+ - 3 players of my choice will be benched and/or no scouting reports for the season.
